Centella asiatica, commonly known as gotu kola, is a medicinal plant used by Chinese and ayurvedic medicine for its healing properties. Many studies have shown the effectiveness of this plant in stimulating the production of collagen and in improving the skin’s elasticity.
Ginger, with its pungent aroma and spicy flavor, has proven to be an excellent raw material used in cosmetics to prevent skin ageing, thanks to its antioxidant, purifying, and rebalancing properties.
Blueberry is considered a super fruit with exceptional properties, mainly due to its high content of flavonoids, which are mostly known and clinically-approved for their action on connective tissue and capillaries. By protecting the connective tissue around capillaries, they also protect microcirculation from oxidative damage, in synergy with the vitamins that are contained in abundance in blueberries.
Grapefruit is filled with exceptional properties and is well known for its astringent and detoxifying action. Its extract helps strengthen connective tissue and promotes re-epithelialization by stimulating blood circulation.
